We want you to love your Maanesten pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all jewelry and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Maanesten box and secure it inside a protective shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
